KELLER WILLIAMS
I collaborated closely with the KW Creative Director to ensure everything stayed on-brand, but the real creative freedom came from their goal: diversity by design.

Project Overview
Keller Williams is a global real estate brand supporting thousands of agents worldwide, each with unique marketing needs and personal styles. I was selected as one of several designers invited to contribute custom marketing designs to Keller Williams’ global template system—an ecosystem built to give agents high-quality, on-brand assets they can customize and use with confidence.
The goal was to expand the system’s creative range while maintaining strict brand consistency across markets.
The Challenge
-
Design within a pre-defined brand system and visual framework
-
Create templates flexible enough to appeal to agents across diverse markets
-
Ensure designs felt custom and elevated, not generic
-
Contribute work that complemented—not competed with—other designers’ contributions
The Approach
I approached each design with the end user in mind: real estate agents who needed attractive, professional marketing materials that were easy to customize. Layouts emphasized clear hierarchy, brand-approved typography and color usage, and adaptable structures suitable for both print and digital use.
Each contribution was designed to feel intentional and complete—while remaining flexible enough to support personalization at scale.
