Overview
At Tradier — a brokerage and fintech platform powering trading experiences across web and mobile — I lead design work that spans core product UX, onboarding education, and creative systems supporting growth and engagement. My role blends product strategy with execution, partnering closely with engineering, compliance, product, and marketing to elevate user trust, clarity, and delight in a highly regulated financial context.

I’m honored to lead initiatives that bring user-centered design to life at Tradier. Key contributions include:

Mobile App Redesign — Led a full ground-up overhaul of the Tradier mobile experience, translating complex trading tools into intuitive, responsive flows that adapt elegantly across screens and contexts.

Onboarding & Education Ecosystem — Built a robust onboarding journey and knowledge base from scratch, complete with searchable help articles, in-app guided tours, and explainer content that reduces friction and support tickets while improving confidence.

Cross-Platform UX Improvements — Unified UX patterns and embedded educational content across web, mobile, and internal workflows to strengthen consistency, reduce cognitive load, and support user understanding of advanced trading tools, funding timelines, and account requirements as they move between platforms.

Print, Events & Brand Experiences — In addition to digital product and marketing design, I contribute to a wide range of physical brand and event materials at Tradier. My work has included promotional flyers, pop-up banners, branded apparel, conference displays, swag, and curated partner gift boxes. My background in print design allows me to move seamlessly from concept to production, collaborating with vendors and preparing press-ready files to ensure quality and consistency. This experience helps extend Tradier’s brand beyond the screen, creating cohesive experiences whether users encounter us in the app, at an event, or through partner communications.

Marketing & Creative Leadership — Contributed to cross-channel campaigns (social, email, event collateral), concepting, and visual QA to maintain brand quality and strategic alignment across growth channels.
